Terms

The majority of our products are made to order to reduce waste and save on space in our workshop! Therefore please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. If you require an order by a certain day e.g if your order is a gift, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as we can.

UK Domestic Shipping

All of our items are currently dispatched using Evri via a standard delivery service.

If you require special shipping services such as next day delivery please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping as standard, but if you live outside of the UK and would like to make a purchase please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping on a case by case basis

Returns

Terms

As all of our products are made to order, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns unless a product arrives damaged or faulty. We encourage customers to read descriptions carefully and contact us if you need help with making your order. For personalised orders please ensure spelling is correct as no exchanges or refunds will be made if we are provided with incorrect spellings. In the unfortunate circumstance that something arrives that you are not happy with please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.

Return Costs

If items arrive damaged or broken we will require photographs for insurance purposes and will arrange for items to be returned at our own expense. You will be offered a refund or exchange for any damaged goods.

For any other instances outside of faulty or damaged goods the customer will be expected to pay for the return before receiving a refund or exchange.

14 Days to Return

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from King Fisher Design, but if you do need to make a return we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your purchase arriving. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any return requests made outside of 14 days.
